Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and vs55t ("vs55t", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the vs55t website at vs55t.ws, including all gaming products, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and customer support channels made available through that domain.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market on vs55t, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the vs55t platform and close your account.

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Each person may hold only one (1) vs55t account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of vs55t or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software partners.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access vs55t's full range of gaming and betting products you must create a registered account. The registration process requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a unique password, and acceptance of these Terms. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you have authorised that activity. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

The vs55t cashier supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and USDT (TRC-20). The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

1. The minimum deposit amount across all payment channels is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, but vs55t reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account (same-method withdrawal rule). This is an anti-money-laundering control.
3. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes for bKash, Nagad and Rocket. USDT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on network conditions. vs55t does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4. vs55t does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Fees levied by your payment provider (e.g. bKash transfer charges) are your responsibility and are not refunded by vs55t.
5. Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment attempts will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Funds deposited into your vs55t wallet are held for the purpose of gaming and betting on the platform only. vs55t accounts are not bank accounts; your wallet balance does not earn interest. vs55t reserves the right to close dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) and may deduct a dormancy administration fee of up to ৳200 per month after providing 30 days written notice via your registered contact.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

vs55t offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or using the vs55t platform to process funds derived from criminal activity. vs55t cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence investigations.
• Creating or using a vs55t account on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent or proxy depositor for a third party.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the vs55t platform, its software, RNG systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or vs55t staff through any communication channel including live chat, email or Telegram.

vs55t employs risk management, fraud detection and game integrity systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. vs55t's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final.

6. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vs55t's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where vs55t's liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Amendments, Termination and Governing Law

vs55t reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on vs55t.ws with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.

vs55t reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk. Upon termination for cause, vs55t may withhold account balances pending investigation. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player's last used payment method.
